1. Delivery Areas

Currently, Veglee delivers orders only to the following PIN Code areas in Muzaffarpur, Bihar:

• Pakri Ismail
• Dumri
• Sumera
• Madhuvani

PIN Code: 843146

• Govarsahi
• Majhouliya

PIN Code: 842002

• Madhoul
• Ramdyalu

If your delivery location is outside these areas, we may not be able to process your order.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after they are successfully placed and payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders).
• Orders are generally processed on the same day, subject to product availability and operational conditions.
• Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

4. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Veglee may offer free delivery on selected orders or promotional offers, subject to change.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery may not be completed if:

• The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
• The customer is unavailable to receive the order.
• Our delivery team is unable to contact the customer.

In such cases, Veglee may cancel the order or arrange a re-delivery at its discretion.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If any item is unavailable after your order is placed, we may:

• Contact you to suggest a suitable replacement.
• Deliver the available items and refund the unavailable product(s), if applicable.
• Cancel the affected item(s) or the entire order if necessary.

7. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you receive damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
