At Veglee (www.veglee.com), we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality vegetables and fruits. Since our products are perishable, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return, replacement, or exchange if:

• You receive damaged or spoiled products.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The quantity delivered is less than what you ordered.
• The product is not fit for consumption at the time of delivery.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product has been used, cut, cooked, or consumed.
• The product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
• You change your mind after delivery.
• The quality issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
• Natural variations in the size, shape, color, or ripeness of fresh vegetables and fruits.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us with:

• Your Name
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

4. Refunds

If your request is approved, Veglee may, at its discretion:

• Replace the product,
• Exchange it with the correct item, or
• Issue a full or partial refund for the affected product.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or by another mutually agreed method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

• Incorrect products delivered.
• Damaged or spoiled products.
• Missing items (subject to verification).

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
